Account Cancellation

Customers may cancel their account at any time without prior notice and without any obligation. Account cancellation requests can be made by contacting us via email or phone.

Once your request is received, Arihant Foods will process the cancellation and notify you once it has been completed. If your account is disabled for any reason, you will no longer be able to access your account. To request reactivation, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be handled under our Returns Policy.


Cancellation Timeframe

Customers are entitled to request cancellation within 14 working days from the date of receiving the order, provided the items are not perishable or restricted items.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.


Non-Cancellable Items

Order cancellations will not be accepted for:

  • Perishable food and drink items
  • Frozen food products
  • Items with a limited shelf life or expiry date
  • Products that deteriorate quickly

Our customer care executive may suggest alternative solutions; however, customers may proceed with cancellation if they choose.


Effect of Cancellation

  • Cancellation confirmation will be provided once the request is processed.
  • Any further handling, returns, or refunds will be governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • Shipping or service charges applied to the order are non-refundable.
