This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on https://arihantfoods.com/. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Regions

We currently deliver to the following locations:

  • UK Mainland & Wales
  • Scotland
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Guernsey
  • Isles of Scilly
  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes only)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery region
  • Order value
  • Total parcel weight
  • Selected delivery option (weekday or weekend, where available)

Free or discounted shipping may apply on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed during checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

All delivery dates and times provided are estimates only and are given in good faith.

  • Standard deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery timeframes may vary due to location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays unless a weekend delivery option is selected.


Weekend Delivery

Weekend delivery is available for UK Mainland & Wales postcodes only, subject to availability.

  • Weekend delivery must be explicitly selected and paid for at checkout
  • If weekend delivery is selected but the applicable charge is not paid, the order will be rescheduled for the next available weekday
  • Free delivery offers do not apply to weekend deliveries unless stated otherwise

Delivery Address & Access

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Flat or apartment numbers
  • Entry codes or access instructions

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If the courier is unable to access the property due to missing or incorrect information, Arihant Foods will not be responsible for delivery failure or delays.


Your Role in the Delivery Process

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery date
  • Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers who may leave parcels in a safe place according to their policies
  • For apartment buildings, parcels may be left at reception, lobby, or designated delivery areas

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the provided address or safe place, Arihant Foods is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.


Perishable Goods & Missed Deliveries

Due to the nature of perishable food items, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Missed deliveries
  • Failed delivery attempts due to no access or no one available
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Please ensure clear delivery instructions are provided at checkout.


Delays & Liability

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Closed or restricted roads
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect address details
  • Missing access instructions

Changing or Cancelling Delivery

We use third-party courier services to deliver orders.

  • Delivery details cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched
  • If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist before dispatch
